The combination Annually during the sell back period of PTO accruals and PTO sell back accruals will not exceed 328 hours. Hours in excess of 328 will not be paid out. Team members may receive a bi-weekly disability income bene昀椀t if they become disabled as a result of an injury or illness, including a pregnancy-related condition, while covered under Active full time (AF) and part time (PT) 0.5 to 1.0 FTE the short term disability. SHORT TERM DISABILITY Eligible Team members are automatically enrolled in the Short Term Disability bene昀椀t on the 91st day Important PAY information while on a leave of absence: of continuous eligibility.
