Your Membership Card Your Blue Cross Blue Shield membership card contains important information that helps providers apply your bene昀椀ts correctly. Keep it with you at all times by downloading your digital ID card to keep on your smart phone. It is all about convenience. Your digital ID card has the same information that your plastic card will have. In 2023, your membership card will now include your deductible and out of pocket maximums.
